Launching a new property? Invite us for a complimentary site visit and an independent review. You can also suggest an existing project or correct its details for free. Rankings are editorial and can never be bought.

What the review covers

• Location & connectivity — walking distance to MRT/LRT/KTM, highway access, schools, malls and hospitals nearby.
• Developer track record — past projects, delivery history and how those projects rate on Google Maps today.
• Product & specs — layouts, density (units per floor / per lift), facilities, security, tenure and title type.
• Pricing — launch price per sq ft compared with completed projects we rank in the same area.
• Who it suits — and an honest “watch out” for buyers.

How it works

1. Send the invitation with the project name, location, expected launch date and a contact person.
2. We arrange a visit to the sales gallery or site at no cost to you.
3. We publish the review on the site, linked from the area and map pages. Once the project completes and gathers real resident reviews, it joins the rankings on the same rules as every other project.

Our independence rules

• The visit and review are free, and we accept no payment, gifts or units in exchange for coverage.
• You can correct facts before publication; opinions and scores are ours.
• We publish whether the review is positive or critical.
• Paid placement never changes a score or rank (see how we rank).

Other ways to work with us

• Suggest a project — completed or under construction with a named developer.
• Correct details — send a source (SPA, developer brochure, JMB notice) and we update within 7 days.
• Agent partnership — REN/REA/PEA registered with the Board of Valuers (BOVAEP) may receive enquiries from buyers.
