What we collect

Details you submit in our forms (name, email, phone, message), your email address and area of interest if you join our mailing list, and anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4.

Why

To reply to you and, if you ask about a property, to pass your enquiry to one registered real estate agent. We never sell your data.

Mailing list

If you subscribe, we use your email address only to send our property guides, news and ranking updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can ask us to remove you through the contact form. We delete your address when you unsubscribe.

Processors

Forms are delivered by Formspree; analytics by Google. Both may process data outside Malaysia.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to our data protection officer through the contact form.
