Editorial policy, corrections & right of reply

Our rankings and notes are independent editorial opinion based on published facts and the scoring method we publish. We correct factual errors quickly and give developers, joint management bodies (JMB/MC) and owners a right of reply.

Facts and opinion

• Facts (tenure, completion year, units, prices, transit) come from the sources listed on each page — developer materials, government and court records, and reputable media. Prices are indicative published or transacted ranges, not valuations.
• Scores are calculated with the published methodology. A lower score means a property scored lower on those signals compared with others; it is not a statement about the quality of anyone's work or conduct.
• “Things to consider” notes are brief editorial observations for buyers (for example traffic, density, building age or tenure). We do not publish unsourced allegations about any company or person.
• News round-ups summarise reporting by named media with links. Court cases are summarised as reported, and we avoid naming private individuals.

Google ratings and reviews

Ratings and reviews are supplied by Google, attributed to their authors and shown unedited, as Google's terms require. They are the authors' own views, not ours. To report a review, use the flag option on Google Maps; you can also tell us and we will stop displaying a review that is clearly abusive or unlawful while Google considers it.

Corrections and right of reply

1. Send the page link and the correction through our contact form, with a supporting document where possible (SPA, title, CCC/CFO, JMB notice or official statement).
2. We acknowledge within 2 working days and correct verified factual errors within 7 days, noting significant corrections on the page.
3. If you disagree with an opinion, we will consider publishing a short factual response from you alongside it.

Independence

Nobody can pay to change a score or rank. We accept no payment, gifts or units for coverage, including new-launch reviews.
